Policies and Procedures

We are honored you have given us the opportunity to provide you with the highest quality beauty services and treatments. We pride ourselves in having the ultimate professional staff and proudly stand behind our work.  If for any reason you are not satisfied, please bring it to our attention within 7 days and we will do our best to ensure your satisfaction.



Children are welcomed in the salon to accompany you or receive services however we do ask they are not left unattended. Please take complete responsibility for your child while at the salon as a courtesy to the other mothers and fathers trying to relax and enjoy services. No running, playing, yelling, or roughhousing will be allowed. Please remember to always accompany your child.

Gatsby Salon considers a child to be 9 years old and under. A Children’s cut can be from $25-$40. This charge may be more if extra time is needed, your child has very long/curly hair or curling/flat iron has to be used. Children under the age of 18 must have an adult present or have a release form signed to have any services done.


Protection of all your personal belongings.

We are not responsible for any of your personal belongings.  While receiving any services at Gatsby salon we ask that you change into a gown to protect your clothing.  We also provide Gatsby tote bags for any other personal items to stay safe and clean during your visit. GATSBY SALON IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY DAMAGED CLOTHING or any other personal property of the client.  We strongly suggest you take advantage of this service.


Payment types  

We accept Mastercard, Visa, personal checks and cash.  A minimum of $20 is required on all credit card transactions.



We, unfortunately, do not add gratuity on any credit/debit cards or checks.  There will be a $30 return check fee on any returned check. Gift Cards cannot be redeemed towards gratuity.


Scheduling, Cancellation, Confirmation, and Deposits

Your appointments are very important to us at Gatsby Salon.  The services you schedule are reserved especially for you.  

We do understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary; therefore, we respectfully request at least 24 – hour notice for adjustments to your appointments and for cancellations. When you forget or cancel your appointment without giving enough notice, your service provider misses the opportunity to fill that appointment time, and clients on our waiting list miss the opportunity to receive services they need. We may ask that current and new guests supply a credit card number that we store in our secured encrypted files. In the event, we do not receive the required notice for adjustments and cancellations a 50% service fee will be applied to your credit card or alternatively billed out to you. .Some services will require a 50% deposit to hold your reservation at the time of booking.
